Senior Desktop Publisher

KPMG LLP provides audit, tax and advisory services to a broad range of clients. We are currently seeking a Senior Desktop Publisher to join us in our Atlanta office.
Responsibilities:
Develop presentation materials for executive-level leadership

Assist graphics professionals in preparing both internal and external documents that comply with branding and adhere to editorial guidelines

Provide excellent customer service and desktop publishing support that adheres to the Firm’s standards

Manage the monthly billable hours for our off-site outsource vendor

Coordinate the sending and receiving of work from our off-site outsource vendor

Maintain communication between team members

Create format, review and correct financial statements, as needed

Track work from other area offices, utilizing the hub-and-spoke delivery model

Keyboard documents, as requested

Scan and reformat documents, e-mails, and faxes

Maintain and uphold KPMG standards

Remain current with various standard software

Maintain and track chargeable hours for internal accounting recoveries

Assist with special projects, as requestedQualifications:

Two years of graphics experience in an audit, tax or advisory environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a time-tested, professional customer service approach

Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word), QuarkXPress, Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver

Confident in advanced desktop publishing techniques

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven business environment

Ability to work overtime, as needed
