The SEO Search Marketing Account Manager is responsible for carrying out search engine marketing activities to help achieve client goals and objectives throughout campaigns. We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, hardworking professional with excellent communication skills to successfully perform search engine marketing activities for a fortune 1000 client base.
Essential Job Functions:
• Primary responsibility encompasses client relationship and detail project management to successfully implement search engine marketing campaigns
• Create and deliver presentations for a Fortune 1000 client base
• Create and maintain project plans to update clients on status of the campaign
• Understand and achieve client goals and objectives through the customization of projects
• Proactively make strategic recommendations applicable to the client's campaign
• Work closely with the algorithmic search group and other internal teams to meet client goals
• Some travel is required
REQUIREMENTS
Recommended Experience:
• Previous search engine marketing experience is preferred, but not required
• Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• General understanding of HTML and the Internet required, however, this position is not a Web development role
• Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
• Tenacity and the ability to grasp and convey an understanding of the search engine marketing process
• Excellent writing skills and command of the English language
• Bachelors Degree and three years experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the client service field.
