Reporter/Anchor

KSDK is seeking a Reporter for “Today in St. Louis,” our blockbuster morning show. The candidate must be a Renaissance person who has superior skills to apply to the morning news. Our ideal candidate has a special rapport with the audience, either live or on the set. The ideal applicant can turn compelling stories, and can quickly come up with lists of new ideas. The reporter must be a fast thinker who is equally at home reporting features or breaking news. Our new hire will be an integral part of the morning team, who can also substitute on the anchor desk.
Candidate must have a proven track record as an enterprise reporter and at least 3 years anchoring experience. Strong writing and reporting skills, as well as a solid live presence are a must. Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to get along well with the whole team are essential.
