Publicity Manager

We are looking for a Publicity Manager or a Senior Publicist. The person must have experience booking author tours. This is a temp position with a very good possibility of going perm.

The Publicity Manager will plan and orchestrate major publicity campaigns for high profile authors. Write press materials, pitch and book media including author tours. Must have experience with fiction authors, hardcover and paperback original. Strong print contacts and lots of creativity.

College degree and a minimum of 5 years direct book publishing experience. Excellent computer skills including word and excel. Strong writing and strong organizational skills a must. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE BOOKING AUTHOR TOURS.
REQUIREMENTS
