Production Assistant - Full Time

·Skilled in editing with Pro-Tools multi-track editing system, Vox Pro, and/or similar editing software.
·Must possess excellent creative skills.
·Research information on client’s product or service to write powerful results-oriented radio copy.
·Communicate with sales and production department to develop copy concepts that deliver results.
·Translate copy from English to Spanish and vice versa.
·Must be able to manage multiple projects in order to meet deadlines.
·Must be able to work directly with sales and production director.
·Abide by organizational norms and supports organizational goals.
·Ability to remain calm and professional through stressful circumstances.
·Ability to persist and finish projects under deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications for Consideration

·Strong knowledge of Word and Outlook Software.
·Requires knowledge of interviewing and developing rapport with guests and clients.
·Requires good verbal and interpersonal skills.
·Experience producing imaging for Regional Mexican stations and CHR stations a plus.

Education

·Minimum of high school diploma, some college preferred.

Experience

·5+ years in similar position.

Necessary Language Skills

·Ability to read, write and speak Spanish and English.
