45 year old direct marketing services company specializing in printing, packaging and direct mail services currently has the following opportunities.

BINDERY SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities include scheduling and supervising bindery employees consistent with our company policies, drive labor productivity and equipment efficiency through continuous improvement, develop associated through training and coaching, enforce safety guidelines and ensure quality product on a timely basis. Strong technical skills on cutting and folding Bindery equipment is required along with previous supervisory experience. Must be able to work weekends when required.
PACKAGING
SUPERVISOR
2nd shift position includes scheduling and supervising packaging employees consistent with our company policies, drive labor productivity and equipment efficiency through continuous improvement, develop associates through training and coaching, enforce safety guidelines and ensure quality product on a timely basis. Strong technical skills on Lettershop, Imaging and Packaging equipment is required along with previous supervisory experience. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Must be able to work weekends when required.
MACHINE OPERATORS
Machine Operators on our second (3pm-11pm) and third (11pm-7am) shift. This position requires operating packaging equipment including Fuji, and FMC machines as well as keeping them in good running order. Candidates must be able to follow directions from job tickets and perform maintenance on equipment. Good mechanical abilities required along with quality conscientiousness and the ability to work as a team player.
