Media Technician

Ellis Arts Academy is an arts magnet school that integrates the arts throughout the curriculum and provides students with exemplary
experiences in the creative and performing arts. The Media Technician position is designed to assist teachers and students in the incorpora
tion of technology into the arts program specifically and the overall curriculum in general. The Media Technician will provide technical knowledge to the Fine Arts staff during rehearsals and performances in the areas of stage lighting and sound, assist teachers in the technology (computer) lab, provide technical knowledge in the development of our school web site and student produced television program, as well as other technology support to assist in an arts integrated curriculum. The Media Technician will participate on the technology committee and school improvement team. Bachelors degree required in a technology/
computer related discipline, Masters degree preferred.
