Media Planner / Media Buyer

Job Duties:

Utilizing buying software (CoreDirect) to maximize media budgets

Aggressively negotiating rates

Placing broadcast/print media plans

Evaluating new media opportunities
Identifying or creating value-added packages to improve media plans

Approving invoices and reconciling discrepancies

Participating in on-going communication with doctors and consultants in the field

Tracking and analyzing results (lead volume, conversion to appointments and consultation, cost per lead, cost per consultation)
Job Requirements
The ideal candidates must have a minimum of two years media buying / planning experience. Non-traditional media, radio, direct mail and outdoor knowledge acceptable. Candidates should be proficient with Word and Excel. Familiarity with buying software, such as CoreDirect, is a strong plus. Candidates must be detail oriented and posses good time-management skills.
