Marketing Coordinator - Print
Purpose:
Manage the print production of all templated marketing materials. Manage the Online template system including: Administration, ordering site, database, etc. Support key Marketing Operations Processes including: Contract processes, RFP process, Supplier Database, etc.
§Direct, support, and execute print production for all Market Expansion and Marketing Communications departments. This includes: estimates, quotes, schedules, print production, lettershop, mailing services and facilitating the distribution of all production materials Product examples include: Direct Mail programs, Tabloids/flyers, brochures, magnets, banners, counter signs, pedestal signs, and notepads.
§Manage Saepio online template system to include:
§Toolkit – Java-based internet application that serves as the primary administrative control board for Agilis Print System. This system is used to create the template and link it to various databases.
§Storefront – End user vehicle to find a template, personalize and then order through the shopping cart.
§Manager – Administration site used to view filled and unfulfilled order, synch data files to the templates, run reports and check each template.
§Execute and manage SAP purchase documents for Market Expansions and Marketing Communications. This includes expediting the purchasing process to include requesting shopping cart, completing shopping process as a buyer and completing purchase order with detailed printing specifications, delivery timelines, shipping information and final receipt of invoice.
§Evaluate the performance of external supplier for the print production process.
§Coordinate and track the RFP process including: developing the presentation, reviewing and consolidating the replies, distributing and tracking information for the team, tracking all dates, working with the external suppliers, tabulating results and storing all data for reference.
§Manage the Supplier Contact database. Maintain electronic versions of supplier Confidentiality & Master Services Agreements.
§Assist with documentation and processing of contract negotiations and supplier management. Work with legal ensuring compliances standards are meet.
§Stay current with new technology and trends in the Graphic Arts, catalog, print and premium industries to drive change within the supplier base and the marketing departments.

Required Qualifications:
Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management or equivalent work experience, with 3-5 years experience preferred
Purchasing or print experience preferred to include knowledge of the printing process, printing equipment, and electronic pre-press software; one color to four color process, web and sheet-fed presses.
Experience with Digital Print-on-Demand technology and process.
Strong understanding regarding the varieties of paper, market trends grades, and weights.
In depth knowledge of the purchasing process and negotiating.
Strong Project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects to task and budge in a fast, complexed environment.
Ability to lead and participate on teams and work in cross-functional environment.
Strong communication an interpersonal skills.
Computer skills: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, HTML Programming experience preferred.
Key relationships and daily communication with key suppliers of material and services needed to produce marketing materials. Including printers, post office, lettershops, premium suppliers, and fulfillment suppliers.
Works extensively cross functionally with other business departments
