Marketing Communications Writer

The Marketing Communications Writer will be responsible for writing and editing business development and marketing materials such as brochures, responses to proposals, practice area descriptions, attorney biographies, client pitches and presentations, client advisories and other collateral materials. A successful candidate will be a self-starter who is motivated to become proficient in the legal industry and who thrives in a fast-paced, client service environment. This person will possess excellent communication skills and have relevant writing experience.

REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should have a minimum of five years of business communications experience in a professional services environment. Journalist experience a plus. Knowledge of legal proposals is helpful. This position requires superior writing, editing, proofreading and project management skills as well as the ability to multitask and to coordinate, assimilate and synthesize large volumes of information. Must possess initiative, be deadline-driven and adapt quickly to various communication styles. The ability to work well with the Firm's attorneys, support staff and administrative staff is essential. College degree required. Master’s Degree preferred.
