Bring your talents here where enormous possibilities await your imagination, drive and passion for providing a premier entertainment experience.The Manager, Wardrobe oversees the operation of the wardrobe function, which includes the distribution, and laundering of employee uniforms and the upkeep and operation of the wardrobe facility.Responsibilities include:
Monitors daily Wardrobe operation and provides work direction, performance reviews, and coaching to team
Monitors and controls inventory levels of garments for the resort
Monitors garment quality, budget, vendor issues, fabric quantities and future designs
Manages purchasing decisions as needed by the wardrobe department
Ensures company and department's policies and procedures are followed by employees
Plans and implements action plans for the department's future success
Supports branding events, ESAT and GSAT programs
Provides training, development, communication and scheduling to the team
Administers hiring decisions for hourly team members
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Basic Qualifications:
Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or equivalent 6 years management experience required
Minimum 4 years management experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Programs (Word, Outlook and Excel)Eligibility Requirements:
