L&E Meridian is seeking a Mail Shop Manager to oversee mail shop production process for a fast-paced, full-service direct mail fulfillment company.

The individual will have supervisory responsibility of up to 50+ employees on multiple shifts. Responsibilities include preparation and coordination of mail shop activities to ensure quality of production and prevention of operational delays. Position requires a broad understanding of all aspects of direct mail production and the ability to manage a substantial and complex workload of projects.

REQUIREMENTS
Essential skills include strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft office operating systems; excellent mathematical, logical and organizational skills and ability to effectively present information to groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public. Experience in maintenance, set-up, and operation of all the various machinery used in mail shop operations required. Degree preferred with 3-6 years of experience in mail shop production; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
