Looking for an enthusiastic team player to work on the news assignment desk. This position works closely with the assignment manager, planning news assignments and dispatching news crews and reporters. Must be able to work closely with the news management team and producers. Must be able to handle breaking news coverage and fill-in when then assignment manager is away. Looking for excellent people and organizational skills. Newsroom experience and working knowledge of Los Angeles area required.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: B.A. in Communications or Journalism.Experience: 2 years in General MarketBasic Skills:Must have excellent multitasking and organizational skills to excel in fast-paced environment. Must possess strong Bilingual (English/Spanish) verbal and written communication.
