Account Executive - Inside SalesPrint and Internet AdvertisingTrader Publishing Company ( www.traderonline.com ), the national leader in targeted niche publishing has an exciting opportunity with our recruiting and staffing publication, The Employment Guide. We are the market leader in developing specialized Print and Internet products. The Employment Guide is currently in 70+ markets and major cities throughout the nation.In this exciting position, you will be contacting company officials in various industries via the telephone from our office and consult with them on print and internet recruitment advertising. You will be using a consultative approach to uncover and discuss recruitment needs and challenges for small and major employers and present creative advertising solutions to their recruitment challenges.We are looking to add one professional who has a burning desire to succeed. You must be self motivated. If you have a background in using the phone to close business for newspapers, magazines, targeted publications, or internet ad space, we would like to talk with you. Staffing Industry Sales experience is also a major plus!Job Requirements:1-2 years Inside Sales experience recommended.
Advertising sales experience preferred, but not required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Basic Microsoft Office computer skills.
Basic Microsoft Outlook skills.
Positive, winning attitude and a team player.
Problem solving and organizational skills.This position offers a base salary, plus commissions, bonuses, and award incentives. NO CAP on earnings potential, as well as excellent opportunities for advancement. Realistic first year income potential is $35,000-$45,000. Second year potential is $45,000-$60,000+.
