Key duties include:

-Evaluate permissions logs and apply for reprint permissions as needed (print, electronic).
-Request payment (from in-house staff) and forward permission fees as needed.
-Follow up on permissions requests and ensure that all permissions are secured by date book releases to the printer.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to identify copyright holders, as well as identify figure numbers in original publications, either by author contact or independent research. Most correspondence by email, first-class mail, and telephone. Good organizational skills and adherence to deadlines a must.
