Director of Enterprise Print Solutions
The Director of Enterprise Print Solutions is a strategic sales partner overseeing the Enterprise Print Solutions sales team, specializing in print, imaging and document management solutions. Manages the sale of business opportunities for Enterprise Print Solutions applications within the outsourcing industry. Provides strategic direction in relation to set goals and objectives specific to print and document management solutions.
Provides leadership and direction as a senior sales expert to increase demand and revenue for service and product offerings relating specifically to print and document management
Develops portions of sales plans specific to printing and document managements and assists in penetrating new accounts on a national level
Serves as a relationship manager, working with existing clients on additional business opportunities within their organization relating specifically to print and document management
Develops and implements strategies for segment growth
Responsible for working with the client on determining an entire solution that benefits the client
Ensures sales team is properly trained to sell print and document management solutions to current and perspective clients
Motivates team to overachieve budgets and drive activity
Meets and/or exceeds budget objectives
Knowledgeable about print and document management industry trends
Assigns responsibility and accountability to various managers as appropriate
Key speaker role for large/national opportunities
Must develop and maintain commission payment system for Enterprise Print Solution specialists
Act as a liaison between Oce Imagistics, Wide Format Printing, and Oce Production Printing for issues including pricing, trial policy, and equipment roll-out/training
Must be able to support solution development and writing for RFI’s and RFP’s

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree required
10+ years of Sales experience with at last 4 years in a management level position
Demonstrated expertise with the competitive print and document management market
Thorough understanding of the outsourcing industry
Proven track record of success with a long sales cycles
Must have above average network and computer knowledge
Advanced knowledge of all office equipment
Advanced knowledge of all multi-functioning print equipment including Océ, Canon, etc.
Thorough understanding of document management software
Knowledge of industry trends
Proficient with PowerPoint or other presentation software
Knowledgeable in Sales software
Creative thinking and performance
Excellent presentation skills
In-depth knowledge of current industry standards in print and document management services
Successful track record in sales
Advanced ability to motivate, coach and train staff
Superior customer service skills, professional attitude and appearance
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Advanced organization and time management skills
