DIGITAL PRINT PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Tradeshow exhibit manufacturer needs a dedicated, responsible and organized print production supervisor to join our fast-paced graphic team located in Niles, Illinois.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Manage and Supervise large format print finishing department.
•Perform approval and inspection during production runs to assure consistent quality.
•Coordinate quality checks to ensure color and layout accuracy.
•Identify flawed graphics and work to determine course of action.
•Inspect customer returns or rejects to evaluate validity of complaints and determine course of action.
•Develop and implement standard operating procedures focusing on continuous improvement in graphic quality.
•Other duties may be assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Job Requirements:
•Results-driven
•Good process improvement skills
•Excellent problem-solving skills
•Good communication skills
•At least two years experience in large format inkjet printing (preferably in a high-speed printing or manufacturing environment)
•An ability to develop Standard Operating Procedures
•Knowledge of inkjet printing and finishing processes a plus
•Bilingual Spanish a plus

Must be available to work overtime, as needed. Shift: Monday Thru Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with a one hour lunch)
