Customer Service Representative

Tucson Newspapers, the business agent for the Arizona Daily Star and The Tucson Citizen is seeking Customer Service Representatives. This is a temporary position and may last up to twelve (12) months.
CSR’s work in the circulation call center under close supervision, takes incoming calls responding to customer questions, handle delivery related calls, billing/ payment calls, new service starts, etc. Responsible for taking care of customer needs, questions, or problems in an efficient and thorough manner with a high degree of professionalism. CSR’s are responsible for retaining customers, describes and sells product/delivery options to existing and potential customers, discusses payment options, make adjustments on accounts, follows up with other TNI employees as well as the customer to resolve customer concerns. Individual must be able to work in a goal oriented environment. Previous call center/telephone, customer service and sales experience preferred. Part-time and full-time positions are available.
The successful candidate must be able to:
•Type 25 wpm
•Provide excellent customer service•Adhere to established schedule including weekends and holidays
