The Program Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to coordinate and facilitate the accurate execution and financial reporting of all Custom Published programs. The Program Coordinator will work on account teams that sell marketing, advertising, and consumer promotion solutions to major consumer packaged goods clients - many of them Fortune 500 companies - while assisting their Account Director with critical sales activities and projects.
REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities Include:
•Facilitate communication between sales people and appropriate internal departments so that each Custom Published program runs smoothly
•Manage Insertion order execution with media department
•Weekly Financial Reporting for all Custom Publishing contracted programs
•Maintain sample library for Custom Published samples
•Coordination of Hispanic program
•Handling production materials
•Work in team environment
•Analyzing customer data
