Creative Services Manager

The Board of Pensions has an opening for a Creative Services Manager. Responsibilities are as follows:
Manage creative services team of marketing communication specialists and designers, including all aspects involved in the development and production of marketing/communication products that appeal to the needs and preferences of customers in ways that strengthen relationships, motivate and build knowledge for a life time.
Manage campaigns/projects of enterprise importance; serve as marketing/communication liaison to internal and external stakeholders, managing work teams for project development and completion.
Grow employee skill sets in carrying out marketing/communication program, and incorporate outside expertise when needed to complement internal staff resources.
The Board of Pensions is a churchwide unit of the ELCA with responsibility for providing pension, health and welfare benefits to clergy, rostered laypersons and lay employees of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of five years management experience in marketing, communication or creative services environments. Agency experience desired in content creation or design. Experience in financial, health care or other employee benefits fields a plus. Bachelor’s degree in public relations, journalism, marketing, design or related field required.
