KEY RELATIONSHIPS:


The Creative Development Team Leader will liaise with Internal Creative and Production Staff, Corporate Resource Centers, Marketing Communications Managers, Product Marketing, Manufacturing, External Vendors (Print, Multimedia, Prepress, Printers, Color Separation, etc.)
MAIN PURPOSE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Creative Development Team Leader will be responsible for developing and revising work flow process for one of the core Creative disciplines. The candidate will be responsible for developing and leading a global creative staff, analyzing business requirements for their team’s discipline and presenting creative solutions. Team Leader will prepare project plans, allocate resources and develop timelines, milestones and budget needs for their team’s work flow. Team Leader will work with Peers and Creative Development management to maintain and evolve brand and corporate identity standards through ongoing improvement and development of graphic effectiveness for the respective discipline.KEY RESULT AREAS AND CHARACTERISTICS:
Team Leader will prepare quality documentation for all projects throughout stages of work flow to ensure continuous improvement of their work flow process. A creative thinker and a self-motivator willing to take initiative when necessary, the Team Leader must exhibit strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation and decisiveness. Candidate will be required to foster collaboration and creativity with subordinates and peers through leadership.
