We are seeking an experienced, high caliber professional with a solid work history for an exciting opportunity to lead our corporate communications efforts. This position is located at our corporate office in West Point, PA (Suburban Philadelphia)
Corporate Director of Public Relations
*Oversee corporate communications, public relations, and other image-oriented, non-advertising communications for the corporation.
*Develops a corporate communications program which results in consistent, favorable coverage in local, regional and national consumer, financial and business press.
*Initiates and authors feature articles and stories for local, regional, national and trade media. Works to establish position relationships with regional, national & trade media outlets.
*Reviews, proofs and edits marketing and public relations material to ensure continuity of communications.
*Serves as a contributing member of corporate, marketing and employee newsletter editorial teams.
*Responsible for the review & revision of company crisis communication protocol.
*Supervises outside vendors related to public relation functions including photographers, printers, writers and designers.

REQUIREMENTS
Master's in communications, marketing or related field.
Minimum 10 years public relations, corporate communications, and news writing experience. Excellent grammatical and language skills to write, proof, edit and prepare written communications. Seven years management level experience. Excellent supervisory and organizational skills for project management. Able to interact effectively with senior executives, peer group and subordinates in a team environment.
