Client SpecialistTrader Publishing Company, the photo guide/classified publication industry leader in the US (www.traderonline.com), seeks a successful individual to work in its premier web design division, Vehicle Web Services. We are currently seeking a Customer Service minded individual to join our team as a Client Specialist.The successful candidate should have a friendly phone presence, excellent written skills and be comfortable with presenting product opportunities to customers. This position will require working closely with clients; sales reps and web designers to make sure that the needs of our customers are met. Interaction with our customers will include follow up survey’s to make sure they are satisfied and understand how to maintain their website; monthly contacts to discuss the customer’s website traffic, various troubleshooting and presenting product opportunities.This position requires excellent follow up skills to maintain a high degree of customer service. We are looking for a self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Microsoft Office including Excel is required along with a knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
