- Manages and executes all sales support functions
- Prepares and assembles reports, presentations and proposals
- Answers telephones and assists the business department as needed
- Types correspondence and schedules appointments
- Assists in the execution of sales events and promotions

Full-Time Promotions Staffer
- Assist the Promotions Director in coordinating all remote broadcast, special appearances, & special events.
- Maintains inventory of promotional items
- Updates contest winner databases
- Organize station giveaways
- Update Websites
