Assistant Advertising CoordinatorThis position is designed to function as an Assistant Advertising Coordinator for internet marketing company wide.
General Office Duties
Primary responsibility is to function as the leads management contact on the internet emails that are received from our various websites. This person will be required to interact with customers as a personal shopper and show high level customer service abilities both through email and telephone contact.About Us:

REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills:1. A high energy professional with an enthusiastic proactive work ethic.Ability ti manipulate and enter data on internal visitor tracking program system.Answer emails daily and communicate with prospects until sufficient information is obtained to assign lead to appropriate sales professional.Enter information into sales solution.Track leads as needed.Answer phone calls and provide information about communities clearly and persuasively.Strong internet experience or college coursework in internet marketing.Ability to work independently and exhibit initiative.Ability to develop new ideas and present them persuasively.Exhibit a passion for new technology and for converting the initial contacts into strong leads and prospects.Strong people skills – ability to interact with public, realtors, vendors, sales staff and upper management.Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.Ability to participate well within a strong team environment.Mathematical skills thorugh basic algebra with ability to adhere to budgetary guidelines.Valid drivers' license and reliable transportation.Required Education:
Some College Coursework preferably in communications, marketing, journalism, advertising or public relations.Working location:
This is a part-time tele-commute position.Working Hours:
Monday through Friday 5 p.m. TO 10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday hours vary.
