Advertising Sales Supervisor
The Sheboygan Press has an immediate opening in our Advertising Department for a Sales Supervisor. This person will lead and manage sales representatives to achieve goals, sell across all product lines, provide excellent customer service and build on an active account base. In addition, this position will be responsible to lead sales for assigned business categories, sales initiatives to achieve goals. Will also be proactive in developing new sales channels, strategies and act as a primary sales representative for key accounts assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates should have a degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field or equivalent in-depth knowledge of all facets of advertising sales and marketing and four+ years of sales experience with an excellent sales record. Also, must have the ability to develop working relationships at all levels, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to plan, organize and set goals, strong time-management skills and excellent presentation skills. In addition, have the ability to clearly communicate plans and information and work independently. Excellent PC skills, utilizing the MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook software programs.
