The person we hire will be responsible for conducting all aspects of advertising sales within a clearly defined, manageable sales territory. You will deal directly with various clients in many different types of businesses and be responsible for creating ad campaigns that get results. Our next hire will inherit a base of current business, but we are looking for real sustained growth through business development. The company will support our newest teammate in every aspect of being successful. The right person will thrive in an outside commissioned sales position where your earnings are based on achievement.
REQUIREMENTS
We are seeking qualified, experienced Sales Representatives to join the NJ Community Publishing team in our East Hanover, NJ office. This is a full time outside sales positions including base salary + commissions + bonuses for high achievement.

Candidates seeking an opportunity with NJ Community Publishing must possess the following qualifications:
* Minimum of two years college
* Track record of successful outside sales experience
* Strong work ethic, positive attitude and customer focus orientation
* Excellent communication and organization skills
