REQUIREMENTS
We are currently looking for a qualified territory manager to take a lead role in managing our dealer base in Illinois, Wisconsin & Western Iowa. He/she will also create, close and support the sale of residential appliances to the high-end housing market in the Chicago area.

Qualified candidates will:

Manage and retain our existing dealer base through a relationship based management style

Be comfortable interacting with developers, builders, architects, dealers and company staff.

Be a highly motivated self starter with the ability to succeed in a high energy sales environment

Pursue new Dealers while maintaining existing accounts

Accomplish sales goals on a monthly basis

Stay current on demographic and industry trends


REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates should:

Have three years of selling/account management experience

Experience in sales to builders and developers would be a distinct advantage but not necessary.

Possess outstanding communication skills

Have excellent negotiation skills

Have excellent time management and organization skills

Be detail oriented

Have demonstrated presentation abilities and the ability to train others

Possess strong computer skills (Microsoft office package)

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Ability to work with all levels within the organization

Overnight travel is required
