The Georgetown Perdue Processing Facility is currently looking to fill supervisory positions:

Flock Supervisor
The purpose of this position is to visit the poultry farms for evaluation of placements, nutrition, environmental conditions and movements of chickens on the farms. Requirements: Reading, writing, analytical, and communication skills with a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required. A four-year degree in the Agricultural field is preferred.

2nd Processing Production Supervisors
The overall purpose of this position, i.e., what it accomplishes at Perdue and/or why it exists is to administrate and manage personnel and physical assets towards achieving sales and product mix needs, while maintaining production, product quality, and at the lowest cost within safe environment and while maintaining USDA, Quality Assurance, Plant Management Standards on Quality, Production, Safety, Ergonomics, Human Resources and other related plant and departmental goals.
Requirements: A high school diploma or GED, strong reading, writing, analytical, communication and leadership skills are required. Previous Supervisory experience is a must.
