Studio One to One is an exciting concept in the retail Portrait Industry. We are a family portrait studio that captures and creates memories of children and family. We are currently expanding into mall locations around the country and we are looking for highly qualified Studio Manager and Manager Trainees with retail leadership experience and an interest in leading a team and working with families and photography to create these memories. STUDIO MANAGER

The Studio One to One Store Manager is a leader, entrepreneur and motivator, responsible for all aspects of the profitability of a Studio One to One store location, including the delivery of exceptional service for every customer, full knowledge of all store operations, implementing of effective sales and marketing programs, maintaining great customer relationships, and effective leadership---training, motivating and evaluating the store employees to be a great team!

STUDIO MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop customer relationships and generate sales.
Deliver high quality portrait products.
Effective communication
Staffing and training.
Market intelligence
Cost management.
Maintain studio standards including store visual appearance and merchandising
Satisfying customers

REQUIREMENTS
Interest in photography, portrait experience a plus
Love working with kids, moms and families
Previous retail management or team leadership position
Available some evenings and weekends
6 minimum years work experience
High school degree with college a plus
