Strategic Segment Manager-Direct at Hitachi GST

THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE WITH HITACHI GST


Develop strategic HDD segment strategy and business plan for the enterprise market. Responsibilities include identification of new markets and channels, new opportunity prioritization, HDD segement roadmap, overall product positioning, development of strategic volume outlook, go-to-market strategies. This position requires extensive customer interaction as well as internal executive interface / interlock to understand product requirements. It also involves extensive interaction with Business Management and Development teams. Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a minimum of 10 years of related experience in high tech industry.

Technical marketing background, Experience with hard disk drives required.

Demonstrated leadership, analytic, communication skills

Demonstrated ability to work with all functions and levels within the organization.

Self motivated and ability to work independently.


Preferred Skills and Background

MBA strongly desired.
