Sr. Marketing Manager

RCI seeks a Sr. Marketing Manager to be part of its general marketing team. The candidate will primarily have responsibility for two programs - one, managing all marketing programs related to our co-branded credit card, aimed at both members and prospects - and two, developing and managing special membership acquisition programs.



Responsibilities include:Strategic planning and implementation of all related marketing programs, campaigns and collateral Develop and manage annual budget for specific programs. Manage relationships with the creative agency(s). Coordinate with multiple program partners to ensure efficient implementation of various programs, including card acquisition and activation campaigns

Analyze the effectiveness of various initiatives and uses the data to appropriately maintain or revise existing programs or develop new programs

Create and develop new initiatives while managing current ones

Take ownership of programs, becoming internal subject matter expert

REQUIREMENTS


Qualifications:5+ years of marketing management experienceCredit card marketing and/or membership marketing preferred Self-starter, with ability to take initiative Strong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent project management and execution skills a must Effective communication and coordinating skills BA/BS in Marketing or business related field, MBA preferred
