Sr Marketing Analyst

Department: MarketingPosition Summary:
The Senior Marketing Analyst is responsible for optimizing marketing performance through a combination of quantitative analysis, business analysis, and market research. This position is responsible for deep analysis of marketing for Direct Mail, Email and Internet Marketing Channels.Duties and Responsibilities:
Build and maintain standard management reports covering channel level and campaign level direct performance
Present and update management regularly key insights from direct mail campaigns
Develop hypotheses to improve response rates, design tests and analyze results to drive financial performance
Build economic and financial models to estimate impact of program changes on channel performance
Pull and manipulate data using SAS, MS Access or other SQL/OLAP based toolsSkills / Education Requirements:
2-3 years of Data Analysis, preferably in financial services for direct or database marketing
Analytical (Economics, Engineering, Finance, MIS) undergraduate degree required
Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Strong standardized test scores (i.e. SAT, ACT, GMAT, GRE)
Exceptional communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
Must be able to think and act independently
Able to influence others/sell ideas
Advanced computer skills in Excel and PowerPoint
