Snr Direct Marketing Associate

Description: This position reports to the National Director, Direct Marketing.Primary duties and responsibilities: This position will facilitate the efforts of the Western Region Marketing Department’s direct marketing effort to originate new transactions. This is a key position with responsibilities that include researching public companies, private companies and private equity groups within the western region; tracking companies on a daily/quarterly basis; maintaining WFF databases for direct calling efforts, WFF referral source activity and company updates; identifying potential new prospects; leads generated by this position will be handed off to business development officers who will then visit the prospect thus further qualifying the leads. ; working with the Communications Department on frequent correspondence via mail or email; identifying new resources to increase success of direct marketing program.
Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:Qualifications: 3-5 years detailed ABL analytical experience and demonstrated ability to communicate all of WFF’s credit products preferred; detailed financial statement analysis experience required; analytical orientation; excellent written communication skills; and excellent verbal communication skills including the ability to call CFO’s of public and private companies (up to 20%) . Experience with Excel, Capital IQ and D&B is desirable. High energy level with eagerness to learn, a teamwork approach, and must have a commitment to the sourcing of new business for the western region, including working closely with the Western Region Loan Originations Manager. Ability to multi-task and perform under time deadlines. Finance/Accounting/Business degree required.
