Reports to: Director of After Market OpperationsJob Summary:
Service Center Managers are Managers for service organization in south west united states.Responsibilities to Include:
Responsible for sales forecasts.
Responsible for budgets, strategic planning, profit and loss statements, and appropriate corporate reports - and operating within specified guidelines.
Manage and support supervisory, office, sales and hourly labor employees as necessary to assure success of the Service Center.
Provide engineering, drafting and repair experience as it pertains to the customers equipment needs.
Procure capital equipment, maintain facility and handle employee welfare.
Actively solicit customers for the purpose of generating Aftermarket business for the Service Center.
Assure Service Center complies with all federal, state, and local environmental standards.
Assist Management with special projects as necessary.A Textron Company
REQUIREMENTS
B.S. Engineering or equivalent experience.Position Requirements:
Engineering, accounting, and business practices and procedures as would normally be acquired through completion of a four year Engineering Degree and three to five years of business or sales experience.
Ability and knowledge as to the operation of computers and computer software. For example; the use of a personal computer.
Interpersonal communication skills necessary to read and write financial and technical reports and specifications, interact effectively with top management, co-workers and customers.License and Certification Requirements:
