Description:
Growing Online Market Research supplier is looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years primary research experience to manage a team and be responsible for the development and execution of survey research using the Companys proprietary online market research methodologies.
Responsibilities:
Must have a proven track record of leading all aspects of projects to accomplish objectives, including developing analysis, questionnaire design, reporting and research plans, providing oversight of data analysis and management of project developments.
Serve as primary client contact for the delivery of market research projects.
Interact with clients and other team members and must possess excellent consulting and communication skills as well as a strong market research background.
For assigned accounts maintain account and revenue targets as well as acceptable staff utilization rates and client satisfaction results.
Manage and provide analysis on recurring deliverables to clients.
Must thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and have the ability to wear many hats.
Understanding and ability to work with online data collection tools.
Ability to conduct and interpret multivariate statistical techniques and analysis drawing appropriate insights while having a clear understanding of business implications.
Take lead role in educating sales force on on-line market research effectiveness offerings.
Ability and desire to mentor, train and develop junior staff.
REQUIREMENTS
5-8 years market research supplier experience
Bachelor Degree (preferably in Market Research, Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics)
Working knowledge of SPSS is preferred
Questionnaire design, field and tab
Successful track record in supporting business development with new and existing clients.
Can work with sales force to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
Ability to demonstrate a strategic and analytical approach with focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with key strategic clients.
Strong writer, skilled in making quantitative topics accessible to non-statistical audiences.
Must have ability to present to clients and potential clients.
Client first mentality, excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, consensus builder, good conflict management skills.
Understanding of online market research data and the tools and methods used to collect data is desirable.
Ability to roll-up your sleeves and work with all of the technical aspects of fielding online surveys, including: client interaction, questionnaire design, sample selection, survey programming, data processing, project management, data tab specifications, data tab checking, and report preparation.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills coupled with attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
Personable and capable of talking to clients.
PC proficiency using the Internet, Windows, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, SPSS, and web based applications.
