Senior Marketing Coordinator!

Innovative construction firm seeks a Senior Marketing Coordinator!

A fast-pace firm interested in a creative individual who can successfully lead the marketing team! This stable company has been in business for over 46 years!


Responsibilities include but not limited to:
·Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Project Executive and appropriate proposed team members in the preparation of the proposals and interviews.
·Maintain and organize all marketing material for easy retrieval; including ordering of all marketing supplies.
·Training of new Marketing Coordinators in all offices.
·Discuss the quality and work of other Marketing Coordinators with the Business Development Manager as needed.
·Prepare and present lesson topics at the conference calls or offsite meetings.
·Satellite office RFP review and assistance.
·Proposal related software/hardware research and recommendations
·Regular visits to satellite offices to facilitate better communication and relations between offices through increased contact and communications.
·Oversee compliance to corporate standards relating to RFQs, RFPs, etc.
·Continually investigate updating graphic, boilerplate, and other related materials.
·Work closely with the BD Execs for the execution and implementation of duties and responsibilities.
·Travel Arrangements
·Heavy written and verbal correspondence
·Liaison between departments
·Creating, maintaining spreadsheets

The ideal candidate will have the necessary qualifications and skills for success including:
·Computer literacy (word processing, graphics and database)
·Enthusiastic and cooperative attitude
·Work well under pressure with ability to meet strict deadlines
·Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
·Ability to prioritize workload
·Available to work overtime when required
·Occasional travel to Redwood City and other regional offices for training and proposal assistance
·Ability to work in a team environment
·Desire and ability to communicate/interact with others and promote teamwork

Compensation Package:
·65-75K
·Full benefit package
