Responsibilities include: creating HR and Finance communication materials, such as corporate memos, messaging documents and FAQs, to convey important corporate priorities, programs, and initiatives that are relevant to all Visa USA employees. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for writing, editing and publishing content in support of Human Resources, Finance and Internal Communications strategies, including briefing documents in support of executive meetings, newsletter articles for internal publications and staff meetings. Secondary Job Responsibilities: This position will also manage and support multiple corporate-wide activities, such as corporate giving administration, Visa´s recognition strategy, business literacy sessions, electronic communications (including the corporate intranet InSite), and values communications.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism or Liberal Arts preferred with a minimum of 6+ years related experience in internal communications (agency or corporate).Proven expertise as a superb writer, editor and proof-reader. Human Resources Communications experience is required. Excellent grasp of Finance and HR strategies. Advanced project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and responsibilities across the communications team are critical. Candidates must be results-oriented, customer-focused and detail-oriented. Willingness to work in a collaborative and integrated fashion across the Corporate Relations team will be expected.
