Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst within the Online Marketing department, you will be responsible for all phases of the applications development life cycle. This includes requirements definition, data/process mapping, functional specifications, test/QA documentation, testing and implementation. You will be the subject matter expert across multiple projects and areas. Some of the projects include: Siebel 7 applications, SAP, Enterprise Content Management, Leads Management, Surveys, Email Campaign analysis and integration with other systems, etc. Other responsibilities include facilitation of project team meetings and overall project management.

REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate’s qualifications will include the following:
•BSCS or equivalent
•5 years experience
•full life cycle application/development as well as business analysis experience
•strong written/verbal communication skills
•project management
