•Primarily, the Search Campaign Manager will manage the day to day operations of loading search listings, configuring search campaigns, resolving search engine specific issues, reconciling monthly search engine fees, providing customer service to search delivery, and keeping current with new features and services available from our search partners. In addition, they will be responsible for interfacing with Sales, Finance, Reporting, and Delivery to measure and analyze our performance and recommend process improvements for enhanced customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Determine needs of the four departments stated above
•Entering campaign information into our customer order system and loading campaigns into ACE.
•Manage the search engine payment process in conjunction with the Finance group.
•Log and resolve sales and delivery issues and communicate resolution to the delivery organization
•Measure service gaps, analyze root causes and recommend preventative action.
•Help resolve specific and recurring campaign issues by coordinating cross-functional teams to solve and prevent problems.
•Maintain thorough knowledge of Search Engine creative and editorial requirements
•Evaluate performance of keywords/creatives individually to determine overall value to portfolio
•Simultaneously handle multiple project responsibilities.
•Perform other job-related activities and duties as requested.

Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, OR
•2+ years of relevant experience,
