Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Provides Sales and/or Marketing Department(s) with administrative support, such as general office duties, data entry, sales or marketing coordination, sales contract administration and/or problem resolution.
REQUIREMENTS
•High school graduate or equivalent required. Some sales and/or marketing coursework at college level preferred.
•Two years contract experience may be required; general knowledge of construction and real estate principles preferred.
•Excellent communication skills; accurate proof-reading skills may be required.
•Proficient computer skills (especially spreadsheet and word processing software; may need database experience)
