We are looking for candidates that have had a broad range of experience covering many facets of successful retail store operations.Areas of Responsibility Include:
Driving Sales & Profit
Expense Control
Hiring/Staffing/Human Resources
Replenishment
Pricing & Signing
Stockroom
Office & SystemsWe Are Searching For:
Minimum of 5 yrs retail management experience
Softlines / Apparel / Big Box Experience preferred
High Energy/Positive Attitude
Operations / Sales Support exposure preferred
Ability to communicate clearly with associates at all levels in a variety of situations
Ability to lead multiple projects and functional areas simultaneously
Excellent ability to organize, lead, problem solve and edit work of others
