Sales Representative

Responsible for establishing and growing sales of HBH products to local business prospects and customers throughout the year for designated HBH Retail stores. Develop and expand catering and holiday gifting sales within their store. Duties will include heavy telemarketing prospecting and sales as well as some personal off-site sales calls. Planning, administrative, and reporting duties will be essential requirements.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Researches, initiates and sells new catering and gifting business to local area businesses.Contacts and manages year-round business relationship with local, and other designated Holiday Gifting customers and prospects for the purposes of generating higher holiday customer retention and/or new / greater sales with those customers.Conducts sales meetings with prospects and customers on and off-site.
Introduces new HBH products and services to current customers to expand total level of business conducted with them and to keep relationship fresh.Maintain customer and prospect business records. Keep all files up to date using designated forms as well as keeping Store’s business database updated.
Produces reports as required on activity and results.Duties may include occasional delivery and set-up of catering services at customer location as part of establishing local business development reputation.Acts as the store’s representative to service and business groups (i.e. Chamber of Commerce, PTA etc) as designated by management or business plan.Utilizes Microsoft Office Suite programs

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
1-3 years experience in computer skills with emphasis in Excel and WordExcellent organization and planning skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPrevious sales a plus with a background in phone sales and relationship buildingEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent

Will require use of own carMay require lifting up to 50lbsMay require some before or after store hours work for LSM activitiesOccasional overtime work required.
