Will be tracking projects from start to finish - take the information from the client about the promotion, call vendors and negotiate pricing on products, schedule shipments and track throughout the process to ensure the client receives the product within budget and on time. This is a decision-making position - must have confidence in your decisions and abilities. If you need a structured environment and job, this position is not for you.

Duties and Responsibilities include:
• Working with and updating salesperson to respond to customer needs
• Creating documents for sales proposals, correspondence and management reports
• Updating and maintaining orders through internal computer system.
• Locating products/Identifying & Researching Vendors
• Producing orders from start to finish to the satisfaction of the client
• Creating vendor relationships
• Negotiating prices to maximize profits
• Scheduling and Following up on deliveries and shipments to ensure deadlines are met
• Work as a team with sales, creative services, garment services, accounting, warehouse, et. al. to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain exceptional attendance and punctuality
• Allow for flexibility and change within the growing department
• Able to handle multiple responsibilities. Able to prioritize effectively
• Maintain High levels of professionalism when interacting with internal employees as well as customers
• Exhibit high levels of customer service to ensure smooth operations and satisfies customers
• Other Performance Expectations to be discussed upon hire

Must have ability to take ownership of your projects - take responsibility for your projects and what is happening with them.

Must have extreme attention to detail!!! Organizational ability is key.

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills for writing marketing pieces and talking with company execs.

General computer knowledge and ability to create documents and spreadsheets in Word and Excel and manage scheduling in Outlook is required. Powerpoint skills a plus. Will be trained on company software, how to enter orders, maintenance of orders, purchase orders.

A project can change from one minute to the next so you must embrace change and have the ability to "go with it" without stress becoming an issue.

Must have ability to work within an ever-changing atmosphere - each day is different.

Must be able to juggle numerous projects at one time and manage all from start to finish.

Experience managing multiple projects from start to finish is highly desirable.
