Sales/Marketing Coordinator

Sales/Marketing CoordinatorOur client is a mid-large sized (1500 person+) third-party sales and marketing firm with offices in Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas. The companies we market for are within the retail, telecom, and business service industries.
Due to the internal-promotion structure, there are 2 sales/marketing coordinator positions open in the Chicago branch.The Chicago branch will expand by 30% in the next year and needs to train these individuals ASAP to assist the account executives and to help provide a foundation for local growth.
These coordinators would be heavily supporting a team of 24 account executives in all aspects of assisting the sale, from start to finish. This person would act as a backbone for the department, providing administrative support and doing daily reporting before and after each sales meeting.
REQUIREMENTS
The position requires a bachelors degree and/or 3 years of experience in a sales environment or an administrative role.Must have extremely solid verbal and written communication/presentation skills.Must be willing to be cross trained in light sales skill, mostly handling incoming client calls.Administrative experience is a plus too, as this position would require proficiency in power point and excel.Company is interested in an individual that wants to develop a successful, long-term career within the company.Recent graduates welcome!Easily accessible via public transportation, and are centrally located in the downtown Chicago loop area.
