Financial Services Firm located in Northbrook seeks a Sales / Marketing Assistant to join their team. Responsibilities will include contacting current and prospective clients, coordinating appointments and meetings, maintaining client management program, preparing ledgers and proposals, and all other administrative duties to ensure a smooth running office.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have experience phoning prospective and current clients. Candidate must have strong customer service skills. A high degree of initiative as well as the ability to multi-task is required. Looking for someone with excellent oral and written communication skills. Marketing experience is preferred. Great entry-level position for someone who is looking to get into financial services!
