Sales Manager (Yellow Pages Advertising)

Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Sales Manager who will be responsible for the direct supervision of an account executive team in our office. The Sales Manager will guide the team towards meeting established goals and objectives. The right candidate will ensure that Account Executives are working with their customers, to secure the maximum potential advertising revenue for each assigned account, based on their customers’ needs. This position will require monitoring team performance, riding with Account Executives in the field, and providing timely feedback and coaching.

Qualifications:
A four year Business degree is preferred, or a combination of two to four years of sales management in the yellow pages industry is required. The right candidate will have demonstrated leadership and motivational abilities, in addition to exceptional communication skills. Computer skills are required.
