Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies: • Excellent telephone skills and personal presentation is essential • Must be proficient with general computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.) including the Internet • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Self motivated and directed with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail • Must maintain a positive and upbeat company image We offer a base salary and unlike other employers an uncapped commission structure. Our benefits package is very competitive paying 80% of premium for employees and 75% of premium for dependents.
