The ideal candidate is a self starter, desire to achieve, needs little direction after training, able to deal with professionals as well as non professional, 25% of time will be in office learning the staffing business, 75% of time for sales calls to start new and increase business, includes cold calls as well as leads.

Must have 100% clean background and pass drug screen.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be responsible, own transportation, previous successful sales or management experience helpful, clean criminal background and pass drug screen, professional appearance, want to have a career, not just a job, will have success.
