Do you have a deep understanding of how to optimize ad campaigns running on search engine sites? If you have excellent writing abilities and are highly skilled in developing effective keywords, titles and descriptions to improve the performance of an ad campaign - you could be the next member of our team.

We are seeking a temp to perm copywriter with compelling writing skills to support the marketing strategies of both the eCommerce and Acquisition and Retention Marketing teams to optimize paid keyword campaigns, natural search index rankings and conversion.

We empower individuals, organizations and businesses to create, buy and sell customized merchandise online using the company's unique print-on-demand and e-commerce services. But enough about us - let's talk about you:

You have a bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications or Marketing and a minimum of 4 years experience as a copywriter - of which you spent at least 2 years as a SEO/SEM copywriter. You have proven communication and writing excellence, an exceptional attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities in our dynamic high growth and deadline-driven environment. You are able to work independently as well as collaborate as a cross-functional team member. You are proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced in Microsoft Word.

You are able to provide writing samples (including SEO/SEM writing samples) and must be able to demonstrate track record in generating conversion rate increases.

Here's a sneak peek at your day to day in this role at our company;

You will be responsible for the ad copy conversion for all SEO and SEM campaigns to appear on sites such as Google, Yahoo and MSN. Your success will be measured on SEO Index Rankings, SEO and SEM Click-through Rates and SEO Conversion. You will be creating original content and conducting independent research of customer-centric metrics to develop content and compose ad copy on demand,

You will analyze, recommend and implement editorial improvements to meet online search marketing campaign objectives and targeted click through rates and conversion. You'll work closely with eCommerce and other marketing teams to support both target audiences, messaging and conversion objectives in Web Page copy and Landing Page development.

You will strategize with the SEM team to coordinate and execute optimization of SEM campaigns and analyze metrics to understand successes, setbacks, and opportunities. You will communicate results and recommendations for improvement and provide input for continuous quality improvement on processes for planning, execution, approval and reporting.
